Attorney Marisa Zane

 

Attorney Marisa Zane is the founder of Zane Law, LLC. She practices exclusively in the areas of estate planning, probate and guardianships. Since her first Trusts & Estates class in law school, Marisa knew she wanted to help individuals and families talk about and plan for the future. Her goal is to make the important and often complicated estate planning process comfortable and understandable.

 

She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers. When Marisa isn't seeing her own clients, she is a regular volunteer at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, Milwaukee Justice Center and Wills for Heroes in southeastern Wisconsin.

 

Marisa grew up in Oak Creek, Wisconsin and attended Oak Creek High School. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a bachelor's degree in journalism and a minor in history. She graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 2011. 

 

Marisa lives in Milwaukee with her son and their cats. She enjoys reading fiction, stewarding a Little Free Library, gardening, running, strength training, cooking and home improvement projects.
